Commercial Real Estate Appraisals – We provide appraisals of all commercial and multi-family property types and vacant land throughout the entire state of Florida including highly complex properties. Categories include Office, Industrial, Retail, Shopping Center, Land, Agricultural, Hotel and Motel, Health Care (Assisted Living Facilities), Special Purpose and Multi-Family over 5 units.
Commercial Desktop & Review Appraisals - A Desktop Appraisal is one in which the Appraiser does not do a physical inspection of the property. All Subject property photos and data are obtaining from online sources. A Desktop Appraisal is the most affordable appraisal option but may not be appropriate for all uses and/or users.
Commercial BPO Valuation Reports - A BPO or “Broker Price Opinion” report is performed by a license real estate professional (agent or broker), and provides a “non appraisal” opinion of value. This report type is not as extensive as an appraisal report and is far less costly, while still providing a credible market value estimate.
Residential Multi-Family Appraisals – Our residential appraisal practice is limited to the appraisal of 2–4 unit multi-family properties located within Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties. Appraisals can be prepared in either narrative or “form report” format as your requirements dictate.
Field Services – This service consists primarily of property inspections, occupancy status checks, and property condition reports. Commercial loan servicers are the typical user of this service. Our geographic range is limited to Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
